This year for my Mother's Day school craft, I decided to try to save as much money as possible, while still having it be something that the students could do completely by themselves. I heard through the grapevine that Home Depot had 4 x 4 tiles for 16 cents each. Then by pulling out my acrylic paints, the kids created home-made masterpieces for their mamas. I think they were adorable in the end, but I am a sucker for all things in spring color. I know they aren't waterproof and completely for decoration purposes, but it made the kids so proud of themselves to create something so girly. Happy Mother's Day!
